Left-Hand Menu

The left-hand menu provides easy links to frequently-accessed pages within the Web Client.

Left-Hand Menu

• All Actions on Behalf of displays a drop-down list of users that you can act on behalf of. This is available only if you are a proxy for another user. For more information, see "Proxies" on page 1.
• The New Contact button displays the first page of the New Contact Wizard. For more details, see Name Information.
• The various searches available on the Web Client are consolidated into the Search for... drop-down list. Selecting a search from the list displays the associated search page. For more details, see Using the Contact Searches .
• The Home button displays a home page that serves as a starting point and provides easy access to contact search functionality, adding new contacts, advanced searches, and contact update information. For more details, see Home Page. Note that you can also navigate to the Home page by clicking the InterAction logo at the top of the menu.
• The My Alerts link displays a set of recent activities for the contacts you have chosen to monitor. For more details, see Activities, Appointments, and Documents Overview .
• The My Contacts button displays your contact list. For more details on My Contacts, see Managing Your Contacts.

• When you click any of the list option buttons (Contact Types, Marketing Lists, Marketing Lists (with sponsorship), or Working Lists, InterAction displays the main section page for the particular list selected. For more details see, Contact Type Lists , Working Lists, and Marketing Lists .

• If you organization has purchased one of the Related Modules (Matters, Opportunities, or Engagements), an additional menu item for the module is also available.
