Identifying that You Have a Business Development Interest with a Contact
Business Development Information is a special marketing list that allows you to indicate that you want a particular contact marketed to by your organization. Although you can add contacts to this list just like any other marketing list, you can also add a contact to this list by indicating that you have a business development interest in the contact.
You can do this from two places:
- When creating a new contact.
- When editing your relationship with a contact.
You can only set business development interest on person contacts.
Note: Note that your organization can change the terms used for this feature. Also, your organization can choose to turn off the Business Development Interest functionality in InterAction.
