Managing Reports That Are Accessible from the InterAction Web Client
The InterAction Web Client provides end users with several ways to print and use InterAction information. For example:
- Users can view and print a variety of reports for individual contacts and for lists of contacts.
- Users can view and print a variety of reports for individual activities and appointments and lists of activities and appointments.
- If your organization has licensed one of the related modules, users can view and print a variety of reports for matters, opportunities, and engagements.
Users access most Web Client reports through the Report Chooser (View > Reports) or View Printable Version links.

Managing Web Client Reports
Report managers are responsible for maintaining all reports for the organization, including the reports called from the View Printable Version links in the Web Client. Report managers should be careful not to delete reports called from the View Printable Version links. However, these reports can be edited to suit the needs of your organization.
NOTE If a report that is accessed by the View Printable Version link is accidentally deleted in the Windows Client, the Web Client Report Chooser displays so the user can select a different report.
