When accessing the InterAction+™ Mobile App, you will be asked to provide a FIRM ID. Your organization's FIRM ID is available in the URL used for accessing Client Insights.

Example:

• Client Insights URL: https://crawfordiverson.apps.InterAction+.com

• Firm ID: crawfordiverson
