< Update Preferred Activity Types

By default, your Preferred Activity Types will match those set up by an administrator in InterAction+ for Outlook 365. Refer to the InterAction+™ for Microsoft Outlook 365 Answer Center for more information.

1. Click to open the main menu and select Settings.

2. Tap the Use Firm Settings for Preferred Activity Types toggle to turn it off.

3. Tap Preferred Activity types. A list will display.

4. Select your preferred Activity types and save your changes. The Activity types you selected will display on your Activities and will sync up with IA 365.
