< Add an Activity to a Contact

You can add Activities to a Contact from the Contact details screen or the My Contacts screen.

  1. Click to open the main menu and select My Contacts or Search Contacts.

  2. Search for the contact to which you want to add an Activity.

  3. Tap on the Contact to which you want to add an Activity.

  4. Tap + Activity.

  5. Tap Add activity. The Add Activity screen will open.

  6. Enter a Subject for the Activity.

  7. Tap , select the Activity Type and then OK.

  8. Tap on the Date field and select the Activity date from the bottom of the screen.

  9. Optional: Enter an Activity description in the Summary field.

  10. The Linked To field will populate with the contact information. To link other Contacts, tap , enter search criteria, select the Contact you want to link to the Activity and then tap Add.

  11. Optional: Tap next to Visible To: and change to Only Me if you do not want others to be able to view the Activity.

  12. Optional: Tap the Only allow me to edit this slider if you want to lock editing.

  13. Tap Save.
