Scheduling Active Directory Through Process Manager
Note: For information on Process Manager see Scheduling Automated Processes.
Like other synchronization processes in InterAction, Active Directory Sync can be scheduled through Process Manager to run at specific intervals. Once the Active Directory Synchronization wizard has been run and completed, InterAction Active Directory Sync is added to the list of processes that can be run.
Select InterAction Active Directory Sync from the Process drop-down list to schedule the Active Directory Sync process.
Scheduling the Active Directory Sync Process
Choose the Edit button in the Process Settings section when InterAction Active Directory Sync is selected to specify how many days worth of Active Directory Process Manager log information you would like to maintain.

When specifying the Task User information, make sure that the user has write access to Active Directory. InterAction does not validate this. The task user must also be an administrator for the computer on which the synchronization process is run.
