Viewing email history for a task

The InterAction Business Edge system administrator sets up email notifications and reminders.

You can view the email history associated with any task on your task list.

  1. In the Task List, click the Expand button on the left end of the line for that task. Or, in the Task panel of the Opportunity or Pursuit associated with the task, click the icon on that row.
  2. The email history appears, providing a record of email sent (date, to whom) as reminders of the task.

The email history includes the dates of email sent, the actions associated with the task (creation, updates, weekly digests, etc.) and the email address(es).
