New URL Report

If your organization uses existing HTML reports, or if you use another reporting system where the reports are accessible through a URL, you can create URL reports for those reports in InterAction. You can add HTML reports to the Report Chooser and make them available to the organization.

There are many benefits to maintaining your HTML reports in InterAction, for example:

• By adding URL reports to the Report Chooser, the reports are accessed in one central location.
• You can select which users or groups can access each report, and where the report can be accessed (Web Client, Windows Client, and/or PIM).
