Identifying Person Contacts that are Companies
In most cases, companies that were accidentally entered as person contacts are easy to identify. For example, a contact with Inc., LLP or Limited in the Last Name field is probably not a person. You may find contacts that are entered as people but are really companies just by scrolling through the Main Window. However, to help you identify company contacts, choose Change Person to Company > Find Potential Companies from the Data Quality menu.
