Creating Notes and Activities for a Data Change Management Ticket
When you work on a ticket, you can enter notes about research or other information related to the ticket. The process for entering notes for a ticket is similar to the process for entering notes for a contact in InterAction Windows Client in that you can only use plain text and you can automatically add the date and your name to the note.
You can also automatically create an activity for the contact from the notes you have entered. The activity is added to the contact for which the ticket was created and the originator is set as the data steward who is entering the note. The summary of the activity is Data Change Management Note.
